The owner Nhyira is great. But since she’s been gone it just hasn’t been the same. The person who was trying to run the shop could not compliment the customers the way she did. If she ever comes back it will be great. Not everyone can run a buisiness. Its not for everyone.

Looks like they're not in business anymore. I made my appointment online and paid my deposit but when I arrived there was paperwork on the door for eviction and no one answered the phone.

I never want to tear down a Black-owned business, but please avoid this establishment at all costs. After coming here consistently for 2.5 years, I’ve finally had enough. Appointments have routinely started 30+ minutes late, and I continued to return because the quality of work was good. However, today was the final straw. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment and no one showed up. I made multiple attempts to contact the business via calls and texts and received no response—not even the courtesy of acknowledgment. Called for a braid taken out and was told I can come in now. When I got there I was told I have to wait because it was one braider.

My only qualm is the lack of communication between the stylist and owner with bookings sometimes.
