I do not recommend this job to anyone. You have to work really long hours and the mile reimbursement is $.25. There is lack of Motivation for clients.There also has been false accusations against staff that weren’t true and the manager believed them. This is Mentally challenging because you have to work 10 to 11 hours for days in a row. You get food when the client gets food so you have to bring your lunch if they decide not to go anywhere. I worked there for five months and couldn’t do it anymore.
They treat people with disrespect I was working there for 2 years and they fired me over something I didn’t even do! This is the worst company I have EVER worked for! They are there for the paycheck not for the people who need there help! I am so disgusted with NHS! If I ever chose to work anywhere i would never choose them! I would think twice about working here!
Management IS absolutely poor!. My concerns were dismissed and I was treated like a child! I was also told I was unstable because I cried when a client passed away whom I've known for years! I was offered no support or nothing! HORRIBLE!

BEWARE! I was told by my case manager to call this place for ARHMS services and after talking to the gal who runs the program I was asking questions and expressing my concerns and letting her know what I’ve been going through and she had asked me questions and I had been answering them and was rudely hung up on! I’m not sure what the problem was but very very very unprofessional.
