They went out of business and left us high and dry. They ignored many many attempts on our part to get information on ordered product. We finally drove to their facility and did receive our money back but no product and now our business sits idle losing money and customers because they took our orders knowing they couldn't fulfill their end. I am one of the lucky ones I suppose because we did get our money back. I would have preferred our order.

Horrible company. Doesn't care for its employees or for product quality. Additionally, there have been frequent problems with payroll due to poor finanical management. I was told that several paychecks had to be postponed because the company didn't have enough money to pay everyone.

I share the sentiments left by others that have found out the lack of accountability these owners have for their actions. Our laboratory provided services for this company and while everyone was aware of what the costs would be prior to any testing, NHS Labs did not hold up their end of agreement.... they never made a single payment. It leads me to believe that they had no willful intention of ever making a payment when they requested our services in the first place.
