Don't even bother with these so called human beings!. My child was tossed into a corner by the occupational therapist Lorena, who took a dislike to me and my daughter soon as her eyes met us, From the age of 3 to 10 cahms failed my child badly! My grandson has been referred to this waste of a time place 3 times now with lots of mental health problems and from being 8 years old he has had threats to take he's own life even more so when he's in a angry mood , so today was the 3rd assesment on the phone which lasted 12 mins , he is now 10 and was referred again the lady on the phone spoke with he's mum which she explained everything and what he's been like and the threats and the lady spoke to my grandson and asked him one question which was would you actually do it t... read more

I received a diagnosis here, i’m now questioning the validity of said diagnosis. The report I received back ,that was meant to act as reasoning behind why I was diagnosed, was full of quotes I either didn’t even say or were taken fully out of context. What crossed the line for me was that an assessor had wrote multiple stories about me that were fully fabricated. Absalutly a complete waste of time, my daughter is being left ignored and feel like abandoned by cahms Hartlepool it's a joke try to book appointments they change them without your noing so your sat there like idiots of speak to the reception desk and it's like talking to the wall bloody joke 😠😠 don't even deserve 1 star in my opinion.
