I was referred to this office for surgery. Everything was sent over by my DR. I get there and no one seemed to know why I was there. What was the purpose of everything being sent over weeks beforehand? Now, after spending $75 in copays, hours traveling, and gas, I'm being told that I have to come back so they can do their own scan. Why wasn't this done over the phone? Why wasn't today today used for the scan? Very poor communication!!!! So...more trips and more !
Everything was good. Very caring nurses and doctor.
