Best ER I have ever been too! In my entire life( I lived in NYC most of my adult life) and this place is hands down the best in service, how attentive they are, how they treat you is simply amazing! All the staff and how promptly they attend your medical needs is awesome! Been taking my babies here when need urgent care for a year now and I have no complaints!
I was there 4 hours for them to tell me i have to take my son to his doctor.
I loved this place. We were in and out in no time at all. The staff was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to be around. The facility is beautiful and easy to get in and out from the highway. I live at Monkey Junction and usually go to the hospital if the need for the ER arises. But I will drive the extra distance to go to this location in the future.

I went on the 20th to get my little girls wrist checked, she fractured it, then on the 25th to get my mom's knee checked, she fractured it also. But times everyone was so nice and helpfully. They even took the time to talk to my daughter about cheerleading, that's how she hurt herself. Ever since this one opened its the only one we go to. I dont remember anyone's name :/

Everyone here was very caring and kind during a recent visit for my daughter. Nurse Ashley was gentle and great with her and paramedic Michael did an awesome job putting in her IV. Everyone we encountered was amazing. Doctors were very thorough and the facility is very clean. So glad we live close to great emergency care.
