NHE handles our property which is very large. We deal mostly with Morgan Ferguson who has been superb. Also her boss, Eric is always available to listen & respond. We are busy & probably not a day goes by without asking Morgan for help. She has always been outstanding & professional. Even when addressed unnecessarily harshly, she is polite responding. To who it may concern I have been living here for 2 years and I don't have no new blinds and the stove eye needs fixing I have put in work orders no respond, the sprayer in the kitchen needs fixing I pay 5:16 dollars a month who do I need to talk to about this are do I need to talk to my lawyer I have bronchitis.
This company often charges residents with unwarranted fines and provides lackluster services knowing that there will be no repercussions for there actions. Would the average working person get tied up in litigation over a 50$ fine? Probably not. Companies that provide little in the way of benefits or service to the community yet make profit by taxing innocent citizens are the bane of the American economy. Disgusting company.
I'd give zero stars if it was possible. I moved to my current apartment complex because NHE wouldn't hold unruly tenants accountable. For my safety I was forced to live in my car, couch surf and break my lease. Now they're here at my current complex lying, trying to cheat me out of my money AGAIN! Even, making false claims to intimidate me into giving them more to keep. I'm finding these experiences especially, of Rhonda B and CT T to be incredibly true and accurate in my case. This is one of the worst places I have lived. I have very noisey neighbors upstairs (she has 5 kids no father) and they are totally out of control. It doesn't do you any good to tell the manager she won't do anything. Basically tells me I have no rights. I do have rights and I should be able to live in a peaceful place. I understand you will here people walking and if that was all they did I would be content but it's not they sound like a herd of elephants. I wish I had never ever moved here.
The most unprofessional property management company. They collect an inflated administration fee but do nothing to hold themselves or contractors they hire accountable. They do not address community concerns, communicate effectively, cooperate with our board or do anything to protect our property values. NHE is a highly unprofessional, uncapable, and unsatisfactory company to be managing a community. NHE gets ZERO stars from me if BBB would allow, as my experience with their management of our neighborhood in Pelzer (Parkview Glen) has been simply sad. This company is complete fraud. Fraud is wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. NHE continues to collect fees and fails to complete services and/or maintain the common area based on the bylaws and or *****.
The most disgraceful disgusting apt management Corp ever. There's no redeeming qualities at all. It just gets worse with each day. I have lived at the ******* Apartments in Asheville 8 years. Worst mistake I ever made. You will ruin your life if you live at an NHE property. The staff are belligerent and mean evil actually and no heart. Money is the name of the game. Please beware of this company and go anywhere else. I've had 8 years experience with them. Hopefully it will be over soon. It's really heartbreaking. Amen
