This is the bottom of the barrel as far down as you can sink. They were the former property managers at the apartment complex I have lived in for 11 years and thank God they r gone there is a God. They purposely left out my security deposit on my lease and now that the new property management company wants to credit my acct they can't. I have been living hear in Liberty Street apartments for 3 years, my next door neighbor got put out for drawing a hammer on a caregiver, she has a trespassing on her over here so she is back in the apartment so how did she get back in there, I can't get no rest she smoking ****and *****,I have mentioned it to the property manager and nothing has been done about, so I said when is you going to rent the apartment she said soon so what can be done about this
10/10 DONT RECOMEND!! ZERO STARS. I was one of the first tenants to move into my complex. The four years I have resided here my rent has NEVER increased DURING my leasing term other than when its time to renew ( which is to be expected) upon moving in we was informed the rate wouldn't increase until every 3 years. I signed my lease March 2024 and in August 2024 I received a note stating that my rent would increase by 200.00$. Got approved for an apartment, have been waiting almost 2 months for a unit
I've had ongoing issues with NHE, the HOA management company for my community. Despite multiple reports about landscaping, the irrigation system, and damage to the lawn and community mailboxes caused by the developer, Falcon Real Estate Development, these problems remain unresolved. We have exposed irrigation pipes sticking out of the mulch beds, causing a trip hazard. They sell apartments on security gates and leave gates open 24 /7 caught a man trying to get in an apartment window and they said they can't do anything about it, dog bit 2 people they let them keep the dogs without shots! Boyfriend living at apartment not on lease the one trying to get in apartment! All on video. It will be used against this corporation if someone gets hurt! NHE Management has some practices that are not on the up and.up. I am in a 55+ community. I have a need and been prescriptated caregiver giving me coverage at night. My 45 year old son has filled that stop. He has been here 3 years. I live in a townhome community and we have to pay an HOA fee. When I originally set up payment, chose “bi-weekly “. It seems that each month that there should have been an extra half payment, nhe would not draft the payment and then would change my payment schedule without any contact or consent. This over time has on a few occasions resulted in a non sufficient funds charge, and myself having to reschedule my payments over and over.
