They Need more staff. Especially with OT. Not to be confused with NHC facility in H’ville. They were great! The home health not so great. Been 3 weeks without a bath even tho we been requesting numerous times. It’s been 17 days and still waiting in OT assessment before they can even send a CNA to help.
