If it wasn't For Shane (Male Nurse) I would have given them a 5 star rating. The other Staff members are great to deal with, but Shane came into My household and caused a tremendous amount of Stress, Friction and put the idea into my Dad's mind that He (my dad) can't do for him self, but the Physical therapist said there is no reason why He (my dad) could do what ever he (my dad) wanted to do in moderation.
