My problem isn't with anyone in this office, everyone I've spoke to from here has been great. HOWEVER, Donna in billing at their main office in Florida is another story. Refused to work with me until my surgery hit my max out of pocket, laughing at me and saying it wouldn't hit for months. (It hit the day after this conversation). Donna was rude and unwilling to work with me. This Vet would not recommend using these services.
My husband has received excellent care, five stars.
Undoubtedly the best rehab and nursing team around
I have been thoroughly pleased with the care my mom has received from her NHC team. They have all been friendly and professional. Some have gone above and beyond their duties to even visit my mom in the hospital. We're grateful for such outstanding support during our time of need!
