I was supposed to be getting home health care from this company. They called me on Thursday to let me know everything was good, and that someone would call me Sunday night to let me know what time they would be here Monday. No one called me. I had to call them on Monday for them to tell me that they weren't able to set it up after all since I worked, so I wasn't completely home bound. I'm ok with that, but to not bother to call and tell me is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional
