It's been a continual struggle to get honest communication from this facility. The facility has been closed to visitors since March 6th. However, there continue to be an increase in COVID-19 cases. This is a clear indicator the staff is exposing the residents. More needs to be done
Great staff, follow high standards, treat each resident as a person worthy of respect.
I am so glad my daughter is finally at a place that is so good to her. Everyone is so nice and they always have something fun going on for their patients. The nurses make sure my daughter has her meds on time and they will even go hunt her down to make sure everything is on schedule. I am super grateful to them all.
Always be aware of how your loved ones r being treated! Even then things can go wrong!
I loved this place. It was the third and final home my father-in-law was in. They gave the best attention and treatment of all. TiMichael was extremely sensitive to his needs and gave him wonderful care. I don't believe we could have found a better and more comfortable place. My father-in-law was on the dementia floor. He was never restricted in this area. He was never made to fit into a mold. He loved walking and was allowed to walk all night if he chose to. Thank you TiMichael and NHC Town & Country.
The staff here at this place is awesome, they treat your family like they're their own family.
