Great Service I called to get an appraisal of my parents homes to settle the estate. The owner, Bruce Higgason scheduled the appointment and came almost right away. He was very professional and courteous and got the appraisal back to me in just a few days. We put the home on the market for just a little more that he appraised it for and it sold within 30 days for the exact amount he said it should. I would highly recommend them. I have told several of my friends and they used him and also had a great experience.
