I had a very frustrating experience with this doctor’s office. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with someone—calls often go unanswered, and when I finally got through, they hung up on me before I even finished speaking. This lack of professionalism and poor communication is very disappointing, especially when trying to handle important health matters. I hope they make improvements soon.
The doctor is a good person, and always take care of patient.
