Extremely Serious and Unacceptable Experience I had an appointment scheduled for today 8/25/2026 at 1:15 PM regarding a serious and potentially life-threatening medical concern involving bleeding. I was diagnosed with COVID seven days ago and received a call from Gigi informing me that my appointment had to be rescheduled three weeks out. The worst clinic
I had a very frustrating experience with this doctor’s office. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with someone—calls often go unanswered, and when I finally got through, they hung up on me before I even finished speaking. This lack of professionalism and poor communication is very disappointing, especially when trying to handle important health matters. I hope they make improvements soon.
The doctor is a good person, and always take care of patient.
