The doctor seemed to just do things perfunctorily.
Such an unprofessional place. The doctor seemed outdated with their knowledge; kept telling me the cause of my back pain was due to lack of exercise a couple times I was there, and sent me a pamphlet of “mini” back exercises…Please, I do yoga and these exercises are not even beginners’ level. Also, the front desk doesn’t follow up with you on things. Other places offer to mail your blood test results home but not this place! I called in and they said they could send me a scan in email but never did.
My family were the patients at dr Ngo nhan hau for 19 yrs .She such a friendly and a whole hearted doctor and all the staffs here were very nice too. Thank you for your caring for our family ‘s health.
She is really good take care of her patients. Her workers are very nice too.
