I chose this salon because during my first visit they were able to help me fix a botched job from another place, so I trusted them with my hair again. This time, I came in asking for a balayage treatment. Unfortunately, after 4 hours in the chair, my hair looked almost exactly the same as when I walked in. The staff at this salon are kind and professional—my first visit was great. However, my second experience was disappointing. I came in for a balayage and after four hours in the chair, my hair looks exactly the same as when I walked in. While the staff were friendly, the results did not reflect the time or cost of the appointment.

I booked an appointment for my daughter’s hair to be done for her graduation, a very special and emotional day for us. On the morning of the event, I received a call from the salon letting me know the stylist Gracie was sick but was told to come in anyway and they would “try to figure it out.” We showed up, and while I was getting my hair done, the front desk staff attempted to do my daughter’s hair despite clearly not being qualified or trained.
