Had an amazing experience! Gracie did a fantastic job with my curly hair — explained everything clearly, gave me a beautiful cut, and the blowout was perfect. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.
Got my hair done by Jamie and I can hands down say it's the best it's ever looked! Super friendly and all of the staff is kind, everyone looks like they're having a fun time! 10/10
I chose this salon because during my first visit they were able to help me fix a botched job from another place, so I trusted them with my hair again. This time, I came in asking for a balayage treatment. Unfortunately, after 4 hours in the chair, my hair looked almost exactly the same as when I walked in. The only noticeable change was that my bangs were lighter than the rest of my hair. Now I have to go to another salon to get it fixed. The staff at this salon are kind and professional—my first visit was great. However, my second experience was disappointing. I came in for a balayage and after four hours in the chair, my hair looks exactly the same as when I walked in. While the staff were friendly, the results did not reflect the time or cost of the appointment.
