Beware!!!! These people are a bunch of scam artists. I rented one of their furnished units and had a positive experience while living there. However, once I moved out they made up a laundry list of charges...damages, outrageous cleaning fees etc. They were a bunch of outright lies that I had to fight for months. Very dishonest business!!!!!!
I had an excellent experience with the NH Home Team for my condo rental. All information and documentation was quickly and clearly provided, and was very thorough. Every member of the team I spoke with was friendly yet professional and responsive. The condo met my needs perfectly and was well maintained.
I filled out a rental application and within hours canceled the process because I found another place. I called immediately for them not to process they hadn’t even started it but refused to give me my $100 back. Bad policy. Don’t do business with them.
