The crew that did the job could not talk English so I could not speak with them. The first day there was a person form NH Exteriors sitting them but spent most of his time on his cell phone and smoking cigarettes. He did not show up for the second and third day. After the job was completed, I went out the next day to really look at the work they did and found a lot of screws were missing in the roof panels and the gutter they installed on the back of the house was way out of level. We recently had 14 windows replaced by NHExteriors. We had a very positive experience from the sales to post installation. Our installer Mark was very good to work with. Kept us in the loop the entire time on how the install was progressing, and asked us to questions along the way to make sure we were happy with the install. We had one minor mfg issue with one window, and they sent a tech our within a week to take a look, and provide a solution. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the work.
Mark was very professional. He finished the job of putting in 6 windows, which included a large picture window with smaller windows on each side, all in one day. He cleaned everything up. And he was very personable, a good guy. When he was finished putting in the windows, he then insulated all of them, and even replaced a rotten window sill. Last Summer (2020) I contracted with NH Exteriors to install a metal roof for me. Throughout the process they were excellent to deal with. Upfront information was very detailed and accurate. They were very candid regarding the performance I should expect from their product and more important they explained the limitations. Follow up was always prompt. Shannon First thanks to the team especially Brian in service for the same day response to address the storm related issue. Brian arrived promptly then hung out the bedroom window to make the temporary fix which will work fine pending permanent fix-the replacement of that piece of metal. New Hampshire Exteriors is an excellent vendor to work with. They made it possible (and easier) for me to purchase a front door for my house that is high quality, well insulated, and highly customized. I could not be happier with the end result, and with the assistance I received from the sales and installation teams. Communication with NH Exteriors was fluid, responsive, prompt and clear. I would recommend them and would work with them again.
