NH Core Properties has an excellent team! They are very professional and go out of their way to help clients in purchasing and managing properties!
They are antiquated in their ability to serve the customer. The do not have the technology available that most companies competitive in the market have that allow the owners of properties they manage to pay their bills online like every other company these days. They either want to have automatic access to your bank account or you can send them a check US Mail, which is unreliable at best.
