I called David got a prompt response he came out early on the day of the appointment. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection. He evaluated the situation and provided me with great advice. I would highly recommend him.
Dave and his 2 employees did an excellent job helping us get rid of bats in our attic. Dave's 2 employees came to our house and spent an entire day sealing off openings in our house messing into the attic. They also installed one way doors, so the bats that were inside were able to leave. They came back a few weeks later to remove the doors. Got a bat problem, or think you might? Call this company! First, they are very responsive and don't leave you wondering if you are being ghosted. Second, David comes out and does a thorough inspection, explains the problems he finds and how they will be fixed. And third, his crew came out and very carefully addressed all the issues. Besides: do you know anyone else who gives a two year guarantee? I don't. We are very happy with the service we received.
I first called David about three years ago for help with some woodchucks around my horse paddocks, house and barn. He had his daughter, Amber, give me a call as that was her area of expertise. Amber is a pleasure to work with! She is responsive, knowledgeable, hard working and fearless. She's an effective communicator, letting you know the time she'll arrive and is always prompt.
