My experience with NGY Cabinet was extremely poor. The company made a mistake by ordering 30-inch drawers for my 27-inch vanities. I was not informed of this error at the time of purchase. When I pointed out their mistake, they refused to take responsibility. I wasted $500 and many phone calls and office visits due to their mistake. Their only "solution" was for me to alter the drawers myself and buy new hardware to replace the ones come with the products, which is completely unacceptable. The trash bin slide was not working after less than 2 years. When I contacted the customer service for purchasing a replacement, it costs $250 for a piece of metal slide that I need. Ok even include the trash cans. When I tried to negotiate the price, the customer service was so sarcastic. I guess she needs to insult the customer to prove her point!!!
