Dr. Okonkwo was assigned as my aunt's geriatric doctor. I asked as her power of attorney to be included and notified on any visits to her senior facility, but he consistently failed to do so. I called his office multiple times asking if he could visit to check her ears as her hearing is failing rapidly, an associate of his showed up and didn't know anything about it nor did he bring an otoscope, I called several more times.
