Update: I've now been going to Nguyen's for over 5 years. John (I think he's the owner) is the most kind, friendly, thoughtful person ever. Whenever I go in to pick up my prescription he asks about my dog, travels, etc. And he knows me by first name 🥺 I wish everyone who is waiting in that long line at Bartells knew about this gem. I switched to Nguyen's Pharmacy a few months ago after Rite Aid acquired Bartell. I could not be happier with my decision. I love supporting a small, locally owned pharmacy. Got tired of the long lines and poor customer service at Bartell, so went down the street to Nguyen's. So happy I did. I had forgotten what pharmacists actually do, like care about you, take the time to ask questions to understand you, be available and responsive, etc. Nguyen's has exceeded my expectations there.

The staff and service at Nguyen is top notch. They take the time to get to know their client’s names and provide the service that each individual requires, going the extra mile to say the least. There’s plenty of parking in the drive-through window is very convenient. Highly recommended for a much better experience than the big box pharmacies.
