This Pharmacy puts every other pharmacy to shame! They are on top of it in ways I would never expect. They even called me on a weekend when they were closed because they noticed I had been prescribed antibiotics and thought it may be important that I pick them up right away! Thanks to them they saved me two days of suffering with Pneumonia. They are amazing!!
Had a fantastic first time experience at this pharmacy! You can feel the personal care at this establishment from the moment you begin to interact. Phone calls go to an actual human being. I spoke directly with a representative and he walked me through how I could be sure to receive my new medications in a timely manner. I am so glad I found this pharmacy. I used to go to Bartells as it felt like a local pharmacy, then when it was bought by Rite Aid, it fell apart. I prefer local pharmacies, and Nguyen's hits all the reasons why. Everyone is really nice, spends time going over medicines, go out of their way to find medicines that are sometimes backordered, and are great with vaccines. Literally, the best! In all my 45 years I cannot think of a better pharmacy experience I have ever had. A true family business, and a delightful family at that. Mrs. Nguyen works the drive through often and even knows who I am as soon as I pull up. She even gave my doggo treats when we came through together. Mr. Nguyen will often pop around the corner from his busy day just to say hello. They always make me feel welcome and well taken care of.
