Came into having rings resized. They did a good job. Done onsite. They are very polite and hospitable. Not sure if it’s under new ownership or what but I saw no problems.

Walked 15 mins from the lightrail from lynnwood just to get my necklace string repaired, looked online said they close at 6pm, came at 4pm and the door was locked so I called them and they said they close soon and hung up on me
