They're unorganized and unprofessional. They make you wait for hours with no follow up. They don't respond when trying to fill a prescription. I don't understand why they are still open. All their patients are the elderly and they take full advantage of them because they won't complain they sit in their waiting rooms because they have no choice it's what their insurance covers. Sadly my relative puts up with them because it's all they know.
