When I first met with Dr. Nguyen, he greeted me with a big smile and put me at immediate ease. He thoroughly explained the procedure he would be performing and what to expect. He went into details no surgeon ever has and used layman's terms so I completely understood what would occur and what he would be looking for in addition to the removal of my gallbladder. He spent as much time as I needed to answer questions both pre and post op. He is excellent! I strongly recommend Dr. Nguyen!
I found Dr. Nguyen to be an excellent doctor. He has a very pleasant manner and a calming way of putting you at ease about your up coming surgery. He gave me lots of information about my surgery so I felt very comfortable about the process. After my surgery he gave me lots of information about my after care. I was very happy with Dr. Nguyen and even though I certainly hope I never need surgery again if I do he will be my choice for a general surgeon.
I was extremely impressed with Dr. Nguyen's skill. I had an open abdominal hernia repair, and the incision he made was TINY. He made sure I understood every step of the procedure ahead of time, answered every question I had, and (for extra credit) made me laugh. Healing and recovery proceeded without a hitch. I'm very pleased.
Dr. Nguyen is wonderful. He removed my gall bladder and my family and I felt very comfortable with him. He took his time explaining the procedure and welcomed questions from both me and my husband. Great bedside manner. Both my pre-op and post-op nurses at Baylor Scott & White praised him as well. To me that says a lot about him. Hope I never have to see him again but would recommend him to family and friends.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Nguyen. This man is not only very knowledgable, but has a great bedside manner. He explains what is going on in a way that you understand and feel comfortable with him. Surgery is always scary, but Dr Nguyen is amazing. All the nurses raved about him as he had either done their gallbladder surgery or a family member's, that speaks volumes for his capabilities. If you go to Dr Mguyen, you are in outstanding hands.
I had Dr Nguyen remove my gallbladder. He is a very intelligent man with a fantastic bedside manner. The nurses and anesthesiologist were all wonderful. I would go to Dr Nguyen again if I needed anything done.
