Absolutely would NOT recommend Lucia Dinh for tax prep. Incredibly unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. She was slow to respond, and anytime I asked a question (totally reasonable stuff about my own filings), she got irritated and dismissive. At one point she even said my question “wasn’t a good question” which… what? The worst part—she straight up refused to fix clear errors in my return, saying the amounts were “too small” to matter.
