Absolutely Amazing been coming here over 10 years the staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to provide the best care to their patient’s! They will do work that most doctors office will charge so much money for! They will provide answers to questions and if they don’t know them they will get them! If I could give less stars I would. Office staff is HORRIBLE and rude!
Staff was rude and unprofessional. Luckily, the insurance provider understood and removed them immediately.
Dr Nguyen is efficient and helpful. He is not very computer proficient (couldn't view my MRI). Also the office sent an email about the Visit summary. The PC link in the email doesn't work. Loading the App gets you nothing because the office hasn't loaded any info, even after they send you an email to look at your visit summary.
Been seeing Him and (his son at times) for over 20 years, very sweet men and and actually listen to and talk to you about your aches and pain..
Staff is very unfriendly. No one makes you feel welcome from the front office staff to the nurses to the ladies that do appointments and billing. Waited an hour and a half to see the wrong doctor. They also had me setup for a procedure in error. Extremely annoying experience, especially since I had to wait 3+ months to see the doctor. Terrible.
I found the the Doctor & Staff very kind and helpful! I am very hard of hearing and they took the time to make sure I understood everything. I had an issue with my insurance company and a medication the Dr prescribed. I called the office & received a call back before the day was over with an answer! Very impressed!
Run while you still can !!! Dr. Thai Nguyen ordered a series of test and shortly after I made the appointments each facility called me back saying that they did not have the correct paperwork and they kept waiting on call backs from the dr. office. Finally when I called the office I was told that the dr. cancelled everything thing and that I don't need the test!!! This is crazy, I waited for a month!!! Now I have to start over with another neurologist. Dr. and his staff just lie to people
Dr Ngyuen himself his kind, but couldn't diagnose my symptoms. His front of the house office staff however was not. The clerk that checked me in and scheduled my appointment was rude and lacked discretion. She loudly discussed the medication prescribed to me and my copay with another staff member while eating and on her cell phone. Very unprofessional. I will not return to this facility.
