Rude front desk. O’Felia has no people skills. Disrespectful over the phone and not helpful. No concern for the patient.
Worst staff ever!! Called and made an appt, told them what insurance I had, and they even had me change my PCP to Dr. Nguyen through my insurance, which I did, then a week later I drive an hour and a half for my appt, all for them to tell me once I arrive that they don’t take my insurance! No apology, zero concern what so ever. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else for help!
