I'm glad she was disbarred, told me she would have my custody case settled by the end of the year which was 2020 when I initially hired her. After payment I was ignored, my case was dismissed after she abandoned my case, her words were"at this point I can't help you" after I got upset because I had not heard from her in almost a month. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY – DISHONEST AND UNRESPONSIVE! I hired Vy Nguyen during a very vulnerable time in my life. While she initially seemed kind and supportive, everything changed once I made the payment. Afterward, neither she nor her office responded to my calls, emails, or texts. The documents she submitted were nothing more than generic templates with my name swapped in—she literally submitted three premade forms with no specific details or counter-petitions. This was a very difficult experience for me .I absolutely have to be very transparent in this case. Vy and her team were very reassuring throughout the process, when court was in session. I was a bit nervous when this all started . I had lots of questions and felt uncertain at times. She screwed my cousin up for a child support case couple months ago Never showed up to court Also charge an additional $3500 never answer the phone calls Be careful when you deal with this attorney. Someone need to report her to the bar.
