Dr. Nguyen Ngtam, MD is kind and very patient.
His staff are morons who don't want to do their job. Especially when he's out of the office on vacation. They act like they can't do anything unless he's there, despite Virginia law stating that a Nurse Practitioner can write out my prescription. He's condescending when you try to get certain things done anyways using "Insurance" as an excuse. I've found me another doctor and their staff are great!
