I tried several times to call and no body answer the phone have a terrible music wating. My primary Dr.sent a referral by fax and they don't pay attention on that because was sent twice and today I decided to go to my primary Dr and got the referral letter and go to her office on Lake underhill suit 140 surprise to me moved where I don't know. Is terrible to have to look for some one don't update her info is like a gospel. That is enough for me I need other responsible Dr. For my eyes.
My husband went in for a 9:00am appointment, and waited for 1 1/2 hours to be seen at her temporary office on Michigan St. The front desk staff was only fast in taking your money. They were loud and were allowing their friends to go ahead of other people who were there with an appointment. When my husband asked can you please tell me when I am going to be seen? The wait times are ridiculous, 1-2 hours after the scheduled time of your appointment. They’re scheduling way too many patients for the same time periods…the waiting area is completely jam packed with folks waiting for their appointment and parking is a nightmare with the ongoing construction in the parking lots.
Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. I have been seeing her for years. She is very caring and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her.
