I am the full time caregiver to both of my parents who have both been seen by Dr. Nguyen. While the doctor preformed his procedures fine, its the office staff that was simply awful to deal with. I was told my father, who can't drive, is very limited in mobility and a constant fall risk MUST, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, appear in person for a consultation, not a procedure or exam but a consultation.
