Dr Nguyen is extremely personable and professional. We have 2 boys, ages 5 and 6 and we have taken them to her for the last 2 years. We also see her and we very happy with her care. The office is very clean and modern and the wait time is always reasonable.
Visited as a first time patient and received a physical (or wellness test I think the report called it). Both Dr. Nguyen and a PA saw me. Dr. Nguyen was professional and friendly. As a male, I generally prefer male doctors, but I was comfortable with Dr. Nguyen. I will continue to keep her as my doctor. On the rating below, I can't rate for scheduling of urgent appointments (since mine was urged), not on explaining medical conditions, since haven't had to have that sort of talk (yet?).
Not very happy with the service. You will have to tequest to see dr, otherwise it's a pa. Also they have no sense of utgency. Still waiting for a biopsy result
I have never even seen the doctor. Every time I have been I have seen a PA. I was very upset this last visit. I went in with flu like symptoms and the PA would not do a flu test. She kept insisting that I had strep. She told me they haven't seen a lot of cases of the flu. I went to another doctor in the area and tested positive for the flu. Will not be returning to this office again.
