The worse experience ever. He left me with a split tooth, just interested in billing my insurance company for a visit. Worse cleaning I have ever had.
The absolute WORST most PAINFUL dental experience of my entire life. She was unable to anesthetize me properly and did not wait any time between injecting me and starting her dental work - resulting in excruciating nerve pain. Her response to the nerve pain was to try and convince me it was just "pressure" and to apologize and continue working on me. I'm amazed at the quality of work, professionalism and friendliness by staff who worked on my son's front tooth that was severely broken and cracked. They performed work within 2 hours of my call. Immediate root canal was administered, followed by impression for a crown. The color and shape of the crown was perfect too. Don't be fooled by the name Emergency because they do everything else to one would expect from a non-emergency visit. This place is not just for emergencies... Dr. Ritter and Roberta are awesome. Down to earth - reasonable prices - - options - grateful to have found these people.!!!
