So, I’m not sure if this is the dentist or an absolutely bat-crazy receptionist, but I made an appointment for a cleaning. I am pregnant, and received a list of information and guidelines from my OB (read: an MD, my doctor, who is an expert on pregnancy and in charge of my healthcare).
