The optometric service was really bad. I went with my daughter, and the eye exam was a disaster. The lady who provided the service was nice, but her work was really crappy. My daughter couldn’t read the letters, yet she still gave us a glasses prescription with a lower strength than what my daughter actually needs."

Dr. Kim Nguyen, was very prompt replying to my after hours message the next business day with a direct phone call and a follow up text message. She was patient with all my explanations and questions as I was establishing medical context and looking for answers.
