The North Voice Vietnamese lady is a very bad service. I called to ask if they recieve Mediciad for my disability brother for a new patient. And she answered me in a very unrespect attitude like we dont have money to pay for them and we use the medicaid. And at 1st she didnt even said hello or anything. She told me to bring my brother to the recently Family Dr who I already told her that the Dr wasnt good. Thats why I was calling her for her Dr's office. Plz dont trust these ppl

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was left in the appointment room by myself for a while when they were very busy, but they eventually returned and apologized for the delay. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
