Patient of Dr. Nguyen for nearly 20 years, and it is highly recommended! Dr. Simon is incredibly skilled and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, making the patient feel comfortable and informed. The office environment is always clean and welcoming, and the entire team, from the front desk to the dental hygienists, is incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Nguyen is completely trusted with dental health and highly recommended to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.
Dr. N is a very caring dentist. His dental hygienists have always been remarkable. I cannot say the same for his office staff. Dr. N is having high turnover with his office staff. Unfortunately two of my family members and myself experienced horrible customer service from one of Dr. N's newer employees. Dr. N attempted to make it right with our family, but then it happened again to my grandchildren mother and dad.
