I was referred to this practice through my niece ,For a whole year I’ve been having pain on a bridge that my former dentist could not find out what was wrong with it. I come to this practice because I broke my tooth not only that they took care of the broken tooth they took care of a year old pain that was getting very uncomfortable. 13NOV2019 - 10AM. I just walked of this office and will no longer be a patient. I've been a patient since ~2009 and the Dr. Nguyen is wonderful, gentle, thoughtful, and does great work. However her staff has taken a sudden decline. I did not realize how important the staff would be but the current front desk clerk was unprofessional, rude, belligerent, and confrontational. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are fantastic, personable, and professional. My family has been coming here for years and never leave unsatisfied with results or treatment. My 6yo son (who hates dentists/docs) keeps asking when it's time for his next check-up!! You never feel like a stranger...or a project, which is saying a lot! I think he's very unprofessional she use my Jawbone as leverage my mouth I had one tooth pulled out my mouth been sore for a week uses glue to seal the wound all in all she must really like giving her patients pain because I've had pain for a week I've only had one tooth pulled out for my own teeth out before myself and never ever had this problem I might as well be my own dentist
