Great experience. No problems at all. Hell, even helped me get my upper lip off my braces when it got stuck from being hit in the face. They left minimal damage when releasing my lip amd helped me free of charge when it was supposed to be closed. Also the manager also helped me at one of his dental locations to remove wisdom teeth and I healed up with no infection. Awesome job!
It’s been a over 5 months since I got my braces removed which I was only supposed to have for about a year or less and had them on for 2 years. The brackets kept popping off almost no monthly and I was being blames every single time. Eventually the metal bands on my molars kept loosening up and again, they would just blame me. Threatened me often about charging when I would explain that I didn’t notice or do/eat anything to have caused that.
