John was exactly the REA that I was looking for for my first property purchase. He was super communicative, not overly sales-y towards me, and ALWAYS available. I asked John to be direct with me regarding the indicative price range, and based on the offers I received his range was on point, however John was able to deliver even slightly above the top end of his range.

I highly recommend John for selling property. He appraised our property and was across the sales in the area. John had knowledge and is very experienced. He also gave us some tips on how to make minor, inexpensive improvements to our property to achieve the best sale price. I found John to be courteous, professional, respectful and also very responsive. John knows his stuff and he's an absolute pro.
