Their office feels like home! It’s small with a great staff unit.
I’m sure this place is great if you are the front desks first cousin or willing to take a vacation to the hospital in a diabetic coma. They are not willing to lift a finger for you unless you’re their bestie. Was told we had to figure out our own diabetes meds since insurance wouldn’t cover the one they sent in. Waited an hour for a basic appointment but watched their buddies get taken back immediately. And an hour wait for a 5 minute nurse consult is ridiculous. Will find somewhere else asap.
Staff is very sweet, nurses are very sweet. Dr YU doesn't listen, doesn't call in refills, worse practice ever and I thought Longstreet clinic didn't listen to their patients
