I had to take my daughter several weeks ago to have her wrist x-rayed. She was very scared and did not want to go. We saw the Isaac the FNP and he was wonderful. He even took the time to fix puppy’s leg too. Isaac was great with my daughter and made her feel comfortable. We were in and out in a speedy manner and received excellent service. Thank you!
I went Saturday morning to see what was wrong with me and the nurse practitioner told me it was allergies and to take Claritin, zyrtec or allegra and gargle with warm salt water. Tuesday night I went to another urgent care clinic to be told that I have a sinus infection, bronchitis, ear infection and eye infection while the lovely team here played it off as allergies. Great Urgent care. Friendly, quick and thorough.
I went today and although it took a while to get in and out I couldn't ask for a better experience. From the time I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist to the nurse to Dr Camp they were all very kind and thorough. My blood pressure was elevated when I first got there so they followed up and checked it again afterwards to make sure it was ok. I appreciate them explaining my diagnosis and going over all the medication that was prescribed. I'm sure our family will use this facility again. Great job ladies!
Been here twice, 3 to 5 hr wait each time. Not much fun when you are really sick to begin with and need to be in bed. My daughter was in tears before we left because she felt so bad and just wanted to lay down. Never again!
