I had my second baby here in May 2025 and my experience was amazing. From beginning to end. I mainly saw Adrienne, Audrey Lovell, & saw Renee Moss once, they were all amazing. I had serve anxiety during my pregnancy and they all reminded me I was going to be okay. But I wanted to esp make a review about Claudia Lara, I had a planned csection with Dr Harrison but ended up going early & he was not on call. This is be best OBGYN I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly and every provider is excellent! I delivered my 3rd baby here and am currently under their care for my 4th pregnancy. I always feel comfortable and any questions or concerns are met with care. I cannot say enough good things about the providers or the birthing facility! 10/10.
If you schedule your appointment for the very first or the second appointment of the day, you will still not be seen in a timely manner. I arrived at 8am for my 815. I had still not been seen at 8:45. I had to ask the front desk and they informed me that there was still one person in front of me. The board behind the desk stated that all the doctors were on time. The front desk staff is always mediocre at best, but I have been generally happy with all of the providers until yesterday. I saw Adrienne and was not happy with my visit. I felt that my concerns and wishes for the end of my pregnancy were rushed and not taken seriously by the provider. There were also some discrepancies in my care plan and what I had been told at my previous visits. I will not schedule another appointment with her.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Parris! As a first-time mom to twins, I came into this experience with a lot of questions, worries, and emotions—and she made me feel heard and supported every step of the way. She always took the time to listen to my concerns, no matter how small they seemed, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed.
