I had a very disappointing and disheartening experience at NGPG Neurological. From the start, I felt judged rather than cared for. The very first question DR Starr asked was, “How long have you had bipolar disorder?” — without any proper context, assessment, or compassion. My chart from my psychiatrist with NGPG clearly states he doesn’t believe I have BIPOLAR. My symptoms and concerns were brushed off, and I did not feel heard or respected. I was seen by Dr. Sanchez after minimal wait time. Staff and nurse were professional and caring. Dr. Sanchez is a caring and thorough Dr. I was treated with utmost respect, he was very kind and professional and explained each test in detail. I wish all of my providers were as plesent as him.I would highly recommend him if you need a great neurologist..
Suvarchala Somayajula does not care about patients. I will be looking for a new provider because I am in excruciating pain from trigeminal neuralgia and this doctor doesn't care at all. She refuses to respond to the people working in the office while My face and mouth hurt so badly I feel like I could vomit.
