Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT choose this place as your primary Dr. is the second year I make the mistake to visit this place for annual check. I did not get any lab work done as I asked since I been feeling sick often. They ignored my symptoms and said that if I wasn’t obese lab work is not necessary. As far as I know not only obese people suffer from illnesses. My husband has another primary Dr. and he gets different lab work done every year for his annual check (he is not obese). What is the purpose of having a primary care physician if you can’t see or talk to them when you need them? I was already seen in urgent care on October 14th and called back today the 17th just needing something stronger for cough was told it would be the 21st but I could come in back to urgent care if that was too long Of course I could another 75.00 as opposed to 35 .00 I think not All this shows me it’s more about money than patients well being just received a call at 535 saying because I was seen in urgent care I would h... read more
I took my granddaughter here for a fever. I signed her in and sat down like usual. Someone came in 10 minutes after me and was greeted and checked in immediately. I went to the desk and my granddaughters name was where I left it and she hadn’t been checked in. The other person got treated before the sick child.
Dr Patel is compassionate yet efficient. The rest of the staff are wonderful too: from front desk checking me in with a smile to the lab distracting me during blood draws and all the nurses in between... I am so thankful to have a medical office I feel like cares about me but still provides high quality care.
