The front desk has a great crew and a very clean waiting room. The whole experience is clean and professional. The doctors are very knowledgeable and professional.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a medical facility. I’ve been sick for five days with diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and severe weakness, and I came in for IV fluids. The doctor refused and only recommended Tylenol and congestion medicine, even after I explained I couldn’t keep anything down. They first said they don’t provide IVs at this location, which is not true—we brought a family member here recently and she received IV fluids right away. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT choose this place as your primary Dr. is the second year I make the mistake to visit this place for annual check. I did not get any lab work done as I asked since I been feeling sick often. They ignored my symptoms and said that if I wasn’t obese lab work is not necessary. As far as I know not only obese people suffer from illnesses. My husband has another primary Dr. and he gets different lab work done every year for his annual check (he is not obese). What is the purpose of having a primary care physician if you can’t see or talk to them when you need them? I was already seen in urgent care on October 14th and called back today the 17th just needing something stronger for cough was told it would be the 21st but I could come in back to urgent care if that was too long Of course I could another 75.00 as opposed to 35 .00 I think not All this shows me it’s more about money than patients well being just received a call at 535 saying because I was seen in urgent care I would h... read more
