Dr Patel is compassionate yet efficient. The rest of the staff are wonderful too: from front desk checking me in with a smile to the lab distracting me during blood draws and all the nurses in between... I am so thankful to have a medical office I feel like cares about me but still provides high quality care.
I have always had a positive outcome when seeing either the Primary Care or Urgent Care side. I see some complaints about the front desk - I haven't had any issues, but I don't care about that. I only care about the care.
I have been seeing Julie Thach, NP for almost 5 years now. She is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. When I first saw her, I went for a problem visit. I was so nervous that day, but she was so kind and caring. I was very pleased with her care, expertise, and bedside manner. Since then, I have been seeing her for my annual exams. She continues to be so caring! We need more people like her! Thank you, Julie Thach, NP!
I have been going here for a few years now and see the FNP, Julie Thach. She is absolutely wonderful. I feel like she takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes positive recommendations to improve my overall health. I moved about 2 years ago, and still make the drive to see her.
