This is not an urgent care review but a primary care review. I took off a star for the general mannerisms at the front desk (which seems to be an on going issue). I love the other medical staff. I am seen by Dr. Cobernus and I absolutely love her. She always listens and wants to work collaboratively with me. I know that my concerns will always be addressed and taken seriously.

I just had the worst experience here. For years I have had nothing but good things to say about this place, referring others and today's experience alone has FOREVER changed my view. Do not go here. I made an appointment to see my doctor due to severe back pain that makes it difficult to walk. Unfortunately I was running 10 minutes late due to traffic and I was being driven there due to my pain. I should have looked at the reviews for this place before going but I needed immediate medical attention and did not want to go to the ER. All I can say is that I felt very gaslit by this doctor. Her whole vibe was very off. She was talking very fast and it seemed like she was making up stuff when trying to diagnose me and say I have a sinus infection when I told her I have sinus issues year round and the problem i'm having right now is body aches, sore throat, stomach pain and nausea.
