If you are looking for a Practitioner that is both honest and personable. Look no further. I have been seeing Rachel Smith since last year and I have only gratitude. The ladies in the office are welcoming , and the assistants who start you out in your appointment are just as kind and down to earth. When it comes to your Doctor , it’s important to feel comfortable and seen. Even if it’s the small things and I would say you’re going to get that type of treatment here. It’s worth the drive.
Super nice group of ppl, from ladies up front to the nurses in the back and the ladies in the lab, to the visor with Carrie . Everyone seems to give their best to each patient and it shows.
First of all I love Dr Timmermans. The staff at the facility is rude and uncaring. I called on Monday after having several medical problems over the previous week and weekend. I finally got a clinical person to answer and explained the problem and requesting labs to be drawn. She said she would leave a note for the doctor and someone would call me the next day to arrange the lab draw.I heard from no one on Tuesday or Wednesday. We brought my elderly Dad to an appointment with NP April Beck yesterday. April and her assistant Kim were absolutely wonderful! Very kind and compassionate following up on his health after a recent hospital stay. They were very patient and spent plenty of time talking with him and explaining things
