We brought my elderly Dad to an appointment with NP April Beck yesterday. April and her assistant Kim were absolutely wonderful! Very kind and compassionate following up on his health after a recent hospital stay. They were very patient and spent plenty of time talking with him and explaining things
Just got off the phone with a nurse MARIA and was VERY dissatisfied with the assistance if that's what you'd call it. Her attitude was very disrespectful and uncalled for. I'm a patient here and am already going through enough medically i do not need nor deserve to receive attitude like this from a place I'm suppose to put the trust of my health in the hands of. Some one needs a reality check.
Love the doctors at ngpg! But the nurses, and staff that answers the phones there are rude, specifically a nurse named Alice who is in charge of past appointments is nothing but a smart elec! Very unprofessional and rude! Made a very simple request a nightmare! Then tried to turn things into, “don’t be getting loud with me” blah blah blah! 😑 she wouldn’t give me her name when asked bc she knew she had made me upset with her attitude! Yuck NGPG! Staff is rude on urgent care side of the house. Not sure how they are in person but over the phone asking a simple question they cut you off don’t allow you to finish the sentence. I will pay an out of pocket non-network fee and go to the other urgent care in town who do listen and are willing to help and if not are not rude when they can’t.
