Nice medical practitioner with knowledge and understanding of patient need and requirements. Detailed discussions about the health , clinical and behavioral aspects discussed and noted down in file. Diagnosis and testing of only required and specified issues. Clearly mentioned the tests which are relevant and required. Understand the medication well.

Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. She didn't chat with me about anything before or after the exam, she was very clinical. She did not say what she was going to do before she did it, she just started. She did not examine my lymph nodes which is standard during this type of exam, and when I had some pain she did not explain what could be causing it, she just ordered a mammogram. This was my ever first encounter with Ngozi and the moment i she worked into the room she lighted up the room with her beautiful welcoming smile and also checking on how I was doing. I really like her because she took her time to listen to my compliant and most importantly gave advice on what is best for me. She did a through examination of my body. It was a very interactive patient health worker relationship. It was really good! I do recommend her to anyone who needs to see an NP.
